At Tater, we are confident in the value and effectiveness of our online course.  We also understand the importance of providing Canadian investors with practical knowledge and skills to help them navigate the investment world.

If, within the first 15 days of your purchase, you find that our course does not meet your expectations or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, just let us know. We are committed to your satisfaction and will promptly refund 100% of the cost of the course. To complete your refund, simply send us an email at contact@mytater.ca within 15 days of your purchase.  The email just needs to contain a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your financial goals are important to us, and we believe in the transformative potential of our course to allow Canadians to invest in the same portfolios offered by the robo-advisors, without paying the fees.  Invest in your financial future with confidence, knowing that your success is our priority at Tater.

Refunds

Once your refund request is received and processed, we will send you an email notification.  If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account or credit card again.   You can also contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Financial institutions can require some processing time before a refund is posted.
